30 MINUTES ROUTINE — STEP BY STEP
Cleanse
Apply Blue Nila Brightening Soap on warm, damp skin — face and body. Focus on underarms, elbows, knees and inner thighs. Leave for 3 minutes, then rinse off completely.
Exfoliate
Massage the Nila Indigo Scrub in circular motions across face and body. Give extra attention to areas prone to darkening — underarms, elbows, knees, bikini line and inner thighs. Rinse.
Brighten & Reveal
Apply the Blue Nila Mask on face and body. Layer thicker on dark spots — underarms, elbows, knees, inner thighs. Leave 10 minutes, then lift away with the Soft Pad. Moisturise.
