    Wet the Kessa Glove and exfoliate using firm up-and-down strokes (not circular) until dead skin rolls off.
  4. Rinse & Nourish
    Rinse thoroughly and follow with body oil or moisturizer.

However, i decided to chance it and it genuinely works as long as you use it correctly. Replaced my pumice stone with this kessa glove, highly recommend. Less effort, strength and pressure needed, esp when paired with black soap, to get rid of dead skin and it’s barely painful unlike my pumice stone. Use it once a week, and then an african net sponge between kessa uses, works a treat! Highly recommend."
